Position Title: Communication Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Thorough review and follow-up of the Founder’s email. Independently draft and format letters and emails. Responding to emails on behalf of the Founder if necessary.
  • Support the Founder by providing a high standard of personal executive-level assistance to meet the needs of the Founder’s objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings and managing queries;
  • Review each day/week’s meetings in advance and anticipate needs for preparation, the printing of documents, and the gathering of background materials
  • If needed, attend external meetings and take minutes of action points; write up minutes, and track action points for follow-up
  • Answering inquiries about organization’s services, and providing relevant information
  • Interacting with stakeholders, potential sponsors/ donors via the company’s social media accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions;
  • Responding to inquiries about problems and providing advice, information, and assistance
  • Maintaining Intern requirements communicating with interested candidates and onboard interns conducting orientations for interns
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (Bangla and English).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
