Position Title: Digital Media Buyer
Department: Digital & Creative Department
Duty Station: JAAGO HQ, Dhaka
Report To: Sr. Manager, DC
Expected Start Date: At the Earliest
Contract length: 2 Years from joining date (With the possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs, and performance of incumbent)

Position Summary

Seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with experience in Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns and knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning and crafting the online & social media marketing campaigns for digital media;
  • Developing strategies & content planning for content design, creation & implementation for the Digital and Creative team;
  • Preparing periodic report and attaining specific goals in marketing communication;
  • Experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager.
  • Leading social media query management and online communication teams;
  • Online Event Hosting, Live Streaming, and Webinars based on organizational needs;
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 24 years
  • Must have experience in lead generation campaign on Meta, Google, LinkedIn.
  • SEO – Search Engine Optimization and SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns for website; keyword research will add extra advantage;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision & excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English.
  • Enthusiasm to learn.
