What Documents Would I Need for a Successful JAAGO Women Scholarship Application?

1. Completed scholarship application form

Carefully check and accurately fill in all the sections of the application form correctly

2. Copy of NID/ Birth Certificate

Please attach your valid National ID or Birth Certificate.

3. Copies of Certificates (SSC/ Dakhil/ Equivalent degree

Attach the certificates from SSC/ Dakhil/ Equivalent degree. This document should have an official signature and stamp from your school or faculty.

4. Copies of Certificates (HSC/ Alim/ Equivalent degree)

Attach the certificates from HSC/ Alim/ Equivalent degree. This document should have an official signature and stamp from your school or faculty.

5. Proof of University Admission

Attach any proof of your University Admission to confirm that you are enrolled in a public university in 1st year.

6. Academic Reference Letter

The Academic Reference Letter should only come from one of your teachers/lecturers. This letter gives the scholarship provider more information about your qualities, skills, intellectual capacity and it can also reflect your desire or motivation for the scholarship.

7. Income Documents of Your Parents

Your parent’s financial information is needed to apply for the scholarship. If service holder, employer statement of most recent salary & other benefits/salary slip/. Write N/A if unavailable.

8. Passport Size Picture

Please ensure that you have uploaded the correct photograph of yours when filling in the online application. The scholarship committee will reject any application if any inappropriate photo is uploaded.
Final tips before you send all the documents for the scholarship application

a) Check your application form and all other documents for spelling and grammar errors before you send it while making sure you don’t exceed the word limit given for any section of the application, or for any other documents you may be requested to write.
b) It is recommended to upload a clear-looking file.
c) Make sure all the documents uploaded should not exceed 1MB.
d) Make sure you don’t miss the deadline keeping in mind the exact date you have to send all the requested documents.
