Officer, Child Welfare Team, Digital School Program
Position Summary
We seek an enthusiastic team player to enhance student welfare through budget planning, data management, and counselling. Collaborate with schools and sponsors to manage records and support student activities and events.
Job Responsibilities- Foster student growth through effective academic, emotional, and welfare initiatives.
- Plan and manage budgets for various activities and events.
- Collaborate with schools, sponsors, and headquarters to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student data.
- Provide supportive counselling and guidance to students as needed.
- Assist in the admissions and registration processes.
- Conduct visits to schools and the community to monitor progress.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduation from a UGC-approved university. A major in Education, Development Studies, Social Work, IR, Psychology, or English will get preference.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student welfare, child development, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may apply).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Ability to handle challenges with flexibility and adaptability.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous fieldwork or community engagement experience is a plus.
