Position Summary

JAAGO is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Senior Officer - Digital Marketing to join its Digital & Creative team. This role is integral to shaping media and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, work with a dedicated team, and make a tangible impact through digital media.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Must have experience on lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and audience engagement.
• Prepare periodic reports and attain specific goals in marketing communication.
• Manage budgets for digital campaigns and ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with teams across Branding, Private Sector Engagement, Fundraising, and Project Implementation to ensure seamless integration of digital media efforts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Must have a working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager.
• Online Event Hosting, Live Streaming, Webinars based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 2 - 3 years.
